I came in at around 3:15, a slower period for most restaurants. Despite it being slow, my server was still attentive without being overbearing. She didn't introduce herself with her name which is a personal pet peeve, though the hostess introduced her properly. She did offer desert which is definitely brownie points in my book (no pun intended). She also could make small friendly conversation which I personally always appreciate, especially when I'm eating by myself. The food was exvellent. I order the Cajun Chicken Pasta. A simpler dish, but the flavor was very good and the quality was excellent. A slight kick, but not so much it overpowers it. For desert I had the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie. Tasty! Soft with a slight crunch and plenty of sweet flavor. Overall it wasn't the most testing time for if service is quality, but still good nonetheless. For a quick before work dinner, it was an excellent choice. Will definitely consider returning in the future!

There are much better places to find a quality burger. Always excellent service! Top Rate! The traditional Chicken Crispers are the best!!

It was very busy night. I got greeted right away from the host and was told there would be a 5 minute wait to get a table. We got our table and the waitress right off the bat seemed like she had such an awful day she didn't look happy and felt her negative vibe. She never came to check on us when we got our food. Unless we stopped her in the middle of what she was doing she didn't care to come ask if everything was okay. It wasn't a good experience with the waitress but the hostess was very nice.

As expected for Chili's. The service was great considering the place was packed. The Chili and Tortilla Soup were really good on a cool day. The chicken fajita was tasty, but not exceptional. The serve this with a some small cups of guacamole, sour cream, and Pica De Gallo although not enough for my likeing.

We went here on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy. We sat in a booth in the bar for 15-20 minutes and couldn't get waited on. Several other customers came in and were greeted with menus and drink orders. So, we went to the hostess stand to get a table. I really wanted to sit at a booth versus a table in the middle. There were several booths open but the host said it was a no go. At this point we decided to go somewhere where we would be treated better. We left our unused gift card on the table and left. Yuck, what a poor experience.

Very slow service. Plant to spend 60- 90 minutes. Fries were cold. Burger was hot but not worth the long wait.

Chili's is a good reliable place when we're just too tired to cook. Good food, nice staff, and its always clean.

Went to this chilis on a saturday and they had half the restaurant closed because the staff wasn't scheduled to come in for another 10 minutes. There was no seating and there was a wait! A wait with a whole half of the restaurant empty! WTF...people were walking out and the hostess didn't care. We finally told her we were leaving and going to a different chilis and all she said was OK. Not a good way to run a business if it is to be successful.

One of the best Chili's I have been to. Service is generally very good and food is always done correctly and doesn't sit around waiting to be brought over.

I must say that when my parents decided to head on over to Chili's off of 32nd Avenue and Youngfield Street in Wheat Ridge for dinner I didn't have the greatest expectations. My family usually isn't a big fan of restaurants like Chili's, so I was a little baffled by their choice. But, I was pleasantly surprised with my my experience when it was all said and done. My family of five showed up at 8 on Saturday and were seated immediately (which almost never happens). Although the restaurant was pretty busy, I was somewhat surprised to see that it wasn't packed, given the time and day of the week. It's usually packed on the weekends. It was cold and snowy, which could've driven a good number of people back in their homes for the weekend. Immediately after we were seated, our server Reese took our drink orders. We looked over the menus and after about five minutes Reese returned with our drinks and took our orders. My family is usually a big fan of appetizers but decided to go light this particular evening. We ordered chips and guacamole, with a side of salsa. It only took about three-and-a-half minutes for Reese to have our appetizer on our table, which wasn't a huge deal to me because it was only chips, salsa and guacamole, but my family appreciated having something to munch on before dinner We grazed on the chips and played an interactive trivia game on a device located at our table called a "Ziosk" that kept my family distracted while we waited for our food to come out. After doing a bit of research, I found that a casual restaurant such as Chili's aims to have your food on the table 10-20 minutes from the moment it's ordered and Reese had our food on the table in 15 minutes. As much as I tried to get everyone to order something different, there wasn't much variety at our table. Two of my family members ordered the Cajun Pasta, which consisted of penne noodles, chicken, alfredo sauce, tomatoes and onions with a side of garlic bread. My dad and my sister both said that it was "O.K." as far as chicken alfredo pasta goes. The chicken wasn't dry, which is something that often happens when ordering chicken at a restaurant. They also said that they thoroughly enjoyed the alfredo sauce. My mom really enjoyed her food. She ordered the Mango Chile Tilapia with steamed broccoli and seasoned rice. The tilapia had a bit of a kick, since it was seasoned with habanero peppers, which my mom thought completed the dish. My brother and I both ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken Bowl, which contained lettuce, a lime, black bean-and-corn salsa, strips of grilled chicken, tortilla strips, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream. I ordered mine without sour cream because I am not a big fan of dairy products. My brother and I really enjoyed our dish. I am a big fan of Mexican food, and this really hit the spot. All of the ingredients really came together and exploded with every bite. The tortilla strips were a great addition because they added a little bit of crunch, which is something I really enjoy. I ordered this dish because I wanted something that was rather light, but would still fill me up, and this dish didn't disappoint. I, along with my family, found ourselves struggling to finish our food because there was so much on our plates. After we had finished our food, my parents paid the bill on the Ziosk machine that we played the trivia game on earlier that evening. Overall the service we received was outstanding. Reese was great. She was attentive but not annoying. She was there to take questions when we had any and she refilled our drinks often. While the food wasn't great, it was still pretty good. My family left the restaurant full and no one got sick, which is always a good thing. We were in and out of the restaurant in less than an hour. As you can imagine, it's not cheap to take a family of five out to eat but I feel as if we all got what we paid for. What the food lacked, the service made up for. The bill, including a tip was $78.75. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Chili's if I am looking for a good, fast, casual restaurant to get a filling meal any time soon.

I'm going to ignore the food aspect of this chili's in this review because the food was exactly what I expected from a Chili's, the service however was pretty bad. My friends and I came to this Chili's for lunch and we were seated in the bar. There were only 4 other tables at the time and by the way we were served, it seemed like the busiest day of the year. It took at least 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered and delivered, another 10 to order our food and another 20 before we were served. The waitress rarely came by to refill our drinks and was never apologetic for how she was treating us. It wasn't too bad, but it was definitely enough to discourage me from eve going back again.

I like this Chili's. Even though it's close to the highway, there isn't a wait very often. At least not when we've visited. The staff, from the hostesses to the servers to the managers, have been friendly and accommodating. Our servers have been attentive for the most part, and they bring out food in a timely manner. We haven't had to send any food back, as it's done right the first time, including special requests. That's more than I can say for other locations. I appreciate that our servers don't run and hide after dropping off the bill. One wonderful lady we had ended up boxing up a dessert before we had a chance to eat it, as our kids were done and we wanted to get out before they had a total meltdown. She gave us a new dessert and separated the components so we could put ice cream on a warm brownie and add the sauce ourselves. The extra attention was awesome. If I could have told her manager at that time, I would have. I don't think he would have heard me over my kids, though, so I hightailed it out of there. I think she understood.

I am not really a huge fan of this place as a corp. they don't really offer anything I like. However, I was there tonight with my mom and we had ordered the pretzels with cheese sauce app. I was kind of excited that I found something I like. then it came out and the cheese dip is filled with onions. That's it. Cheese with tons of onions in it. What the hell? I use to swear there was no way to ruin cheese, but man did they do it. So I asked the waitress (Betsy) if there was anyway I could get it with out onions. She apologized profusely then thought a moment on how to right the situation. She said she didn't think there was anything she could do but she would ask the manager. Unfortunately she came back and they had no cheese sauce without onions. Then asked if I wanted something else. I politely declined and she took the initiative to suggest chocolate sauce. So I took her up on the offer and it was delicious! I really appreciated her sincerity and her eagerness to right something that wasn't really her fault. Definitely at the top of my best servers ever list. Very pleased. I hope she works her way up quickly, she deserves it!

I've been going to this Chili's for several years, and I've never been disappointed yet. As a matter of fact, I go out of my way to eat here when I'm in the area because they're just that damn good. The food's still Chili's, but it's perfectly that every time, and it always comes with outstanding people that run it.

We love Chili's. My boyfriend and I have come here numerous times. Each time, I have a wonderful experience. The servers and hosts are attentive, respectful, and get things done in a timely fashion. When I come here, I get a special order and I have never been let down. I appreciate this place and I will recommend this place to others.

Normally love Chili's inside - ordered to go for the 1st time, not a good idea. Dry chicken with very little of what they normally give you when you eat in. Won't do that again.

i generally like chili's. this review is for this chilis only. i frequent this particular chilis because it is close to my home and convenient. the last few times that i have been there i find myself liking it less and less. the service is often hurried and unfriendly yet it takes FOREVER for the food to be served (often cold). I've also noticed an increase in prices ($11 for a very average tasting burger, almost $3 for a soda) and decline in food quality. the flavor if the food is masked by copious amounts of salt, oil, cheese or some high fat sauce. The final straw was tonight. My kids and I went in for dinner and discovered that each table had a "ziosk" machine on it. with this machine you can order, pay your bill, peruse the menu, or for a 99 cent swipe on your credit card you can play unlimited games. my kids wanted to play on it of course. i told them no, first of all because it was meal and conversation time, and secondly because the machine is wireless....i did not want to swipe my card on a wireless machine and risk the security of my card info. this "ziosk" was a distraction to my kids for the entire meal. when the meal was over, i was instructed to pay my bill on the ziosk. i was pretty mad that i was forced to use the thing against my wishes, but when the "tip screen" came up and it automatically suggested a tip of 20% of the TOTAL bill, i was pissed. I found this offensive since a tip is generally 15-20% of the bill BEFORE tax and 20% is for exceptional service. so not only does chilis raise prices and change it's food for the worse, they think they deserve better than a standard 18% tip on the subtotal. That's called "nickle and diming", and i don't appreciate it.

Chili's is your typical chain restaurant. The food is good (but nothing extraordinary) and the prices are reasonable. I do love the honey chipotle chicken crispers - they are a nice change from your typical chicken strips. They are a little spicy and have great flavor. I also love the buffalo chicken salad, or quesadilla explosion salad when I am in the mood for a loaded dinner salad. They are both very good and don't skimp on the toppings (if you are looking for a light, healthy salad look elsewhere). Chili's also offers several "Guiltless" options for those looking for something lighter but I have never ordered one so I can't give any feedback. I wish they offered car side to go service but their to go service is great. They have two designated to go spots and it is very quick and my order has always been correct. The other day I called back after placing a to go order because my daughter was sleeping in the car. The woman who answered remembered me from taking my order and brought my food to my car for me - so appreciated!

We're regulars here! Usually dinner out with the kids and partner...sometimes I get the half order of nachos, which I can never finish. Customer service is almost always top notch and I have never had any problems with the food or drinks our family has had!

Its Chili's. I tried something a little different this time and enjoyed it. The wait staff are quite nice and the food is very consistant.

This was an on-line to go lunch order. I work next door and just wanted to get a quick bowl of chili and a salad. Although I gave them 5 more minutes then the ready time quoted to me on-line, when I arrived the food was not ready. I had to wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged and then my food order had to be re-entered into the computer so he could process the transaction. I ended up waiting another couple of minutes for my food. Not sure what was taking so long since my order was a simple chili and salad. I was told the chili was from a new pot and that it was "fresh & Hot" but when I returned to the office the chili was cold and remember, I work nextdoor to the chili's location! And for the finally, they forgot the dressing for my ceasar salad and I had to eat the salad without it.
